What we collect

When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, your phone number if you give one, the service you selected, your message and, if you used the project estimator, the estimate you chose. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not track you individually — see "Analytics" below for the one exception, which is anonymous.

Analytics

We keep anonymous, aggregate statistics about visits to our public pages: which page was viewed, the domain of the site that referred you (if any), and the country your visit's IP address resolved to at that moment. The country is worked out using a third-party geolocation lookup service; your IP address is sent to that service for this purpose but is never stored by us, alongside or separately. No cookie, account or other identifier is used, and no individual visit or visitor profile is kept or can be reconstructed — only totals like "40 views from Germany this month." Because none of this identifies you, it happens regardless of your cookie choices below.

Chat assistant

The website assistant answers common questions automatically. The questions you type are used to produce an answer. Unless logging is switched off, we also save the question text, the date and whether the assistant could answer, so we can improve the answers. We do not save your name, email address, IP address or any identifier with it, we automatically remove email addresses and long numbers from the text, and we delete the entries after 90 days. Clicking a suggested button is not saved. Please do not type personal or sensitive details into the chat. If you choose to leave a message for the team, the name, email address and message you enter are stored and handled exactly like a contact form submission.

How we use it

Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry. They are stored on our server and are visible to the administrators and to the team member the inquiry is assigned to, who may reply by email or call you if you left a number. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to run and secure the site, and, with your permission, remember two preferences in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

• Session and security cookies (necessary): protect the contact form against forgery and keep the admin and team areas signed in for the people who work here. They expire when the session ends or after a couple of hours of inactivity.
• cookie_consent (necessary): records the choice you make in the cookie banner. It lasts 180 days.
• Preferences (only if you allow them): your light or dark mode choice is kept in your browser's local storage, and your chat conversation is kept in session storage until you close the tab.
